Issued 1951-52, this selection of Petrol Tankers are all finished in green (one example is a lighter shade).
This group are all early versions with railed baseplate and small print. All have green cast wheels, silver trim, smooth black tyres are all well-shaped (except one which has a very light flat spot).
‘PETROL’ lettering at the sides (note that one example has narrower print).
Each one has the 20mph transfer at the rear.

1 example in near mint condition
4 examples in near mint plus condition
1 example in very near mint condition
Bright yellow Dinky Trade Box is sturdy with no tears or repairs. Pencilled writing on one side of the lid has largely been erased. Light handling wear.
Nice to see this set comes with all original card dividers too!
