Dinky Toys 29C Double Decker Bus
Double Decker Bus by Dinky Toys No. 29C. Very scarce early Type 1 issue in red and cream with a grey roof. Smooth wheels. Near mint/never boxed individually. Starting bid £200. Please note that QDT apply 12.5% buyer's commission.
Notes
A First for QDT! This is the early 1st type AEC model in red and cream with a deep grey roof, ‘V’ shaped grille, cut away wings, with cast staircase detail inside, smooth black wheels and original smooth white tyres. Wheels run well and easily.
Occasional chip on this honest example. Casting mark on the roof. Colours are vibrant and the ‘DUNLOP TYRES’ transfers are virtually perfect – perfect on both sides.
