Dinky 001
Dinky No. 1 Station Staff. Very, very near mint-mint/boxed. Version with 'L -shaped' insert with printed details. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
It is difficult to resist this little set of ‘O’ Gauge station figures, all in close to shop-fresh condition, looking like they have never been removed from the light yellow card insert. Lustrous original paint finish with all five station figures in unused condition. Occasional tiny mark. Probably as-made.
Note that this early version has an ‘L-shaped’ insert with printed details below each figure (which is firmly slotted in place).
The inner looks clean bright and fresh with no tears or grubby marks whatsoever.
The deep green lift-off lid box is clean and complete with the lighter green paper strip intact.
Very light sunfading to the paper strip. Price label residue at a short lid end. Remains of the old tape that kept the lid closed.
