C218
Corgi 218 Aston Martin DB4. Yellow, detailed cast wheels issue. Near mint plus/boxed. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1961-62, this is the slightly later version of the Aston Martin, with a fresh, shining primrose yellow finish, red interior and detailed cast ‘criss-cross’ wheels with suspension. Open bonnet vent.
A few little marks to the paint finish, chip at a bumper and a few smaller marks besides. .
The box is complete and brightly-coloured, with a crisp feel. A little age/handling wear including a small fleck of surface loss at an end flap. Plenty of end flap spring.
A popular Corgi car which is more unusual with these criss-cross wheels.
