A delightful tinplate Jaguar model from this tinplate toy manufacturer in Japan. Looking like-new, with a friction drive motor, brilliant red untarnished finish and intact original windscreen. Lithographed dashboard, intact steering wheel, complete number plate at the rear. Shiny chrome parts. Detailed wheels and fine original tyres. Lithographed base.
Hard to imagine better!
Measures approx. 16cms.
The beautifully illustrated box is complete, clean and bright with a red colour spot label at one end. A sheet of plain brown wrapping paper was found inside the box and we suspect that this is original too.
An exquisite, decorative tinplate model with satisfying attention to detail.
