C405
Corgi 405 Bedford "Utilecon" A.F.S. Tender. Very near mint/boxed. Bright mid-green version. Scarce. From a private collection in Somerset.
Notes
This is such a delightful early Corgi model – and in superb fresh condition throughout. Hard to believe this model was first made during 1956. With a bright, lustrous, mid green paint finish and perfect transfers on both sides, flat spun wheels.
Complete with both ladders (couple of minor marks) and intact fitting on the roof Baseplate has a very small tarnished spot.
The early blue picture box is bright and complete, feels crisp. Minor handling wear only and two little raised points on the top surface. Period pencilled price at an end flap.
Very nice!
