C1113
Corgi 1113 Corporal Guided Missile Erector Vehicle. Very near mint/boxed. *Rare to find with all packing and correct leaflets*! From a very fine private collection in Cheshire.
Notes
A detailed and impressive military model issued between 1959-62, with a movable boom which can elevate to vertical so that the missile can be lowered onto the launching pad (available separately at the time). This model works well. Virtually perfect matt military green finish on the vehicle itself, a few little marks and rubs on the missile and the circular clamps which hold the missile in place (as one might expect). Intact percussion head. Spare wheel in place – often missing.
This example includes a pale blue promotional ‘Rocket Age’ Leaflet as well as the Instruction Leaflet which is in pristine condition! Unfolded Corgi Club Membership Form is included too. Rare to find with all 3 leaflets!
All original card packing pieces are included too.
The attractive pictorial lift-off lid box is clean, fresh, intact and vividly-coloured.
Very minor wear only – no tears or splits.
Also included is the box for the Corgi Percussion Head Box ( this part is already applied ot the missile).
A very fine, substantial military piece.
