Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s, after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
Issued between 1959-64 as part of the Dublo Dinky range, a 1:76 scale model to suit the Dublo train layout.
This example has an original lustrous blue and cream finish, grey knobbly tyres and complete ‘TAXI’ lettering on the roof sign.
One dot to the paint finish and a little mark at a front over-rider.
The crisp and bright little box is delightfully fresh! One light crease and penned numbering at an end flap.
