Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s, after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
A classic sought-after Dinky Studebaker Tanker in glowing condition with a beautiful original paint finish – we have not seen better!
Note the later style transfers and MOBIL lettering at the rear.
Fine, unblemished, unrubbed transfers at the sides and at the rear. How rare it is to find the silver domes unrubbed! Bright baseplate.
Just a few little marks and a couple of stray (factory) flicks of silver and low down on one side.
The box is very nice indeed with vibrant colours on crisp, clean card. Only the most minor handling wear and an original price at the end flaps.
