Re-numbered from 39B in 1960, this fine French Dinky model has a sand beige tractor and trailer, matching metal wheels and a white roof rack. Four metal pins on the trailer are still in place. Complete load of six plastic pipes. Two spare wheels, window glazing. Early issue with pierced trailer detail (later issue was solid).
A few small marks away from mint!
The pictorial striped ‘Supertoys’ box is complete if slightly faded now with shelf rubbing on the box base underside. No splits. No graffiti. Dinky Quality Control Stamp ‘Meccano Controle’ on the inside of the box lid.
