This De Soto Fireflite Police car was made between 1960-61 (first issue in the range from Dinky). Glossy black paint finish, white front doors, red roof light, original aerial, shaped spun wheels with suspension. Shiny black baseplate. The occasional negligible mark only. Labels and lettering are fine.
The box is brightly-coloured and feels crisp, complete with all end flaps intact. Light crease and a few minor stain spots, little pen mark. Period pencilled price at an end flap.
Not an easy find.
