C107
Corgi 107 Batboat. Early 'tin fin' issue with TRAILER COUPLING ATTACHMENT. Very, very near mint/boxed. Superb example form the Cheshire Collection.
Notes
A fine example of this early, more desirable issue (1967-70) Batboat with a tinplate fin. Obviously unused and barely handled, this Batboat is the finest we have seen in a long, long while.
With bright and fresh complete paper labels on both sides, complete chrome dashboard, uncracked light blue screens, both seated figures of Batman and Robin and a beautifully detailed pristine tinplate fin (later issues were plastic). Bright gold trailer with detailed cast wheels. What a gem!
Notably, this item comes complete with the black towing hook accessory piece which could be used to attach it to the first issue Batmobile (without towhook).
Upon the most minute scrutiny, you will see a small light scuff to the paper label on one side where it meets the trailer.
In clean, fresh condition, the card box with day-one bright atmospheric graphics, is a work of art in itself. Tiny age wear only. Crisp, tear-free card. Corgi Club Membership Form is included.
