D104
Dinky 104 Aston Martin DB3S. Salmon finish. Very near mint/boxed. From a single-owner from new collection in Buckinghamshire.
Notes
Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s (the first of which were purchased during his honeymoon), after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
A classic Dinky sports car in the touring finish first issued during 1957. This example has come straight from a private collection and has a lustrous, all original paint finish, complete with driver.
Upon close inspection, one may see the near-obligatory marks on the driver’s head and a little mark at the rear. Bright baseplate. Outstanding as-new lustre.
The pictorial box s very bright and clean, although as sometimes happens in the blue colour spot box (both colour variations are pictured on the box, so a factory oversight).
Shopkeeper’s prices at an end flap. TIny wear only.
