This classic military item was made from 1957 65 and it is only at the end of the production run in 1965 that it was made with plastic wheels, and a plastic driver. Barely handled, this truck has a silky paint finish, perfect squadron markings and removable tinplate canopy. Lift off the canopy and the two spare tyres are revealed!Undented tinplate canopy. Tow hook.
Just a couple of small marks away from mint visible under the closest scrutiny.
The correct late issue picture Supertoys box is very bright, clean and complete, with no splits.
Hard to find any age/handling wear on this box, save for a little rust staining at the staples. Small strip of sunfading to the otherwise deep blue base. No graffiti. Very , very nice!
Not an easy find.
