D40D
Dinky 40D/152 Austin Devon. Grey-green. Very near mint/unboxed. From the Italian collection.
Notes
A classic Dinky car with a bright light grey-green original finish throughout. A transition model with large baseplate print, although it has a D-shaped cut-out for towing and does not have ‘Devon’ printed beneath the roof. 1953-54. Later this model was re-numbered 152.
This example has a fine all original paint finish with barely a mark. Some slight bubbling to the paint finish at the roof rear. Nice bright baseplate.
A lovely display piece.
