C807
Corgi 807 Dougal's Magic Roundabout Car. Mint (factory mark)/boxed. With unapplied labels, plastic bubble insert and colourful backdrop. (Outer box is sunfaded).
Notes
Issued between 1971-73, this is a fine nostalgic piece. Finished in bright yellow with red plastic wheels, decorated with gold flower shapes. There is a fresh and bright bonnet label (complete) and flower labels on the roof and doors. Three of the instantly recognizable characters from the Magic Roundabout T.V. series are inside – Brian the snail hangs out the window, whilst Dylan the Rabbit and (everyone’s favourite character) Dougal looks out at you from the back!
Guaranteed to make you smile every time you look at it!
In mint, all original condition, although there is a factory dab of silver at a wheel arch. In lovely unused condition, this item comes complete with the unapplied little decal sheet, and the often missing plastic bubble insert, too.
Inner colourfully illustrated card backdrop is clean, bright and undamaged.
The outer box is complete with unpunctured original cellophane. Small area of surface removal where a shop price label was removed. Little pen mark on the top surface. Original piece of polystyrene packing stored behind an end flap.
Looks like unsold old shop stock – this item, we suspect, was on display in a shop window for quite a while and became sunfaded!
