D282
Dinky 282 Austin 1800 Taxi. Very, very near mint/boxed (with tape re-enforcement to the tuck-in part of a large end flap). With packing ring. From the Heart of England collection.
Notes
Another super quality piece, this Austin Taxi is the merest whisker away from being pristine.
Finished in a vibrant Royal Blue and white with gleaming spun wheels and fine tread original tyres. Bright silver base. Looks like old shop stock.
It is only upon the most minute scrutiny, that a couple of tiny marks may be seen (probably as-made).
Complete with the packing ring too.
The colourful pictorial box is bright and complete, although there is a little tear at the tuck-in part of one large end flap that has been re-enforced with clear tape on the inside. Little crumple and minor wear besides.
