Notes
What a fine Dinky model this is – and surely one of the nicest to come out of the French Dinky factory. This version was produced between 1954-59, before its re-numbering to FD575 in 1959. A beautiful and unused example with a sleek deep blue finish and painted ridged wheels. Perfect eye-catching logo and lettering on both sides. Do note that this scarce version has the first letter in each word in blue-green. Green background to the map is darker too.
With minute examination, you will find a few very small marks/rubs and a faint scratch on the tinplate tilt. Nice original lustre throughout makes this a superb display piece.
The box has such strong vivid colours!
Clean, complete and bright. Tiny edge ruffle and very minor wear at end flaps. Crease.
A classic Dinky model which displays so well!
