Notes
The first Corgi car ever made – and a must for your collection. Issued in various colour finishes between 1956-61.
This early Corgi car has a gleaming light grey-brown finish – not an easy colour to find. Flat spun wheels. Lovely example in old shop stock condition with a day-one gleam and no marking to the silver trim either.
A couple of negligible rubs may be seen if you peer closely enough at the side raised bodylines and there is a tiny dot at a wheel arch. Small paint defect at one side above the passenger rear window and a little casting mark on the rear screen top. These are extremely minor condition comments.
The early blue picture box is outstandingly crisp and fresh-looking with vivid colours on undamage card. Resistant end flaps show minimal handling. Very minro age grubbiness and a tiny strat of a puncture at one small end flap cause dby movement of the car in the box. Comes complete with the colour promotional booklet (little creased and rubbed.
