Notes
The first we have ever handled and so rare to come to the market place – this Rear Tipping Wagon has a deep navy (midnight) blue and pale grey finish.
This example has a rather rough casting and at some time some inexpert dabs of a darker blue shade have been added in places. Stray light touch of a pinkish-red colour on the roof (may be possible to carefully remove). Few little marks on the model too as well as the top edge of the grey back.
The paler 414 yellow picture box is complete, although one large end flap has a tape repair. ‘Blue Grey’ has been neatly written at an end flap. Shop price at the same end flap. Deep blue model with a grey back is pictured on both sides of the box.
An exceptionally difficult find in any condition.
