Notes
Issued between 1962-67 in a few different finishes, this particular version in black is the most difficult version to find. Intact bonnet emblem and suspension on shaped spun wheels. Very similar to Corgi 253 – but unlike 253, note that this issue (correctly) has no quarterlight window.
Few little marks visible upon close inspection (e.g. wheel arches and door handles, couple of tiny dots besides). Notably the roof is unrubbed too!
The box is clean, crisp and bright. Minor handling wear including a little rubbing at an end flap edge. Tiny pencilled numbering on one box face.
