This impressive Dinky military set was issued between 1959-64. In near mint example condition and functioning well, with a complete and intact missile (and that includes the rubber nose). Slightly later issue with plastic rather than metal cogs to work the mechanism. Obviously this set has spent most of its fifty or so years in its box and has been well stored. Bright shiny winding handle. Few little marks on the missile (correct that this later issue has a white finned missile). Some marking to the paint finish on the cab roof area. The Missile Launching Pad is in super condition, althoughit does have the expected paint loss to the tow ring.
The striped Supertoys box is is very fresh, bright and complete with no splits.
Minor wear only.
Lower packing card piece is still present, as is the Instruction Leaflet.
An impressive set – a real delight for military and Dinky enthusiasts alike!
