Notes
A beautiful, first issue example of this sought-after Corgi model, issued during 1957-62. Yellow and black finish with flat spun hubs and spare wheel on the bonnet.
This model has barely been out of its box – certainly no evidence of playwear. Just a couple of small factory paint misses on two of the “ribs” on the roof, at the highest point.
Bright fresh paint finish, shiny wheels and baseplate.
The early blue picture box is very bright and clean – a fitting partner! Scarcely any age wear at all – this item has been very carefully stored.
Shopkeeper’s price of 3/6 on one end flap.
You would have to wait quite a while to find a nicer example – both model and box! We have not seen a nicer example!
