Notes
This Land Rover has a distinctive burnt orange finish with a vivid deep blue interior and red ridged wheels, light grey radial tyres, including the spare, familiar fawn metal driver. Early bumper casting with bumper struts. The matt metal windscreen is in fine condition.
A few little edge marks to the orange finish may be seen. Also a little repainting where the paint is thinner in a well-matched colour.
The early box is quite an unusal find with ‘in the print’ colour spots at both end flaps for both the orange and green colour issues (pictured on box faces).
Grubbiness and light handling wear. Shopkeeper’s period pencilled price at an end flap.
