Issued between 1954-56. Very pleasing, lustrous grey finish on this Ford Vedette car with a silver trim, light grey metal wheels, and white tyres. Shiny baseplate has 24X stamped. A fine display piece:

Few little dots on the side raised body lines. Not a trace of a rub mark on the roof and there are no chips to the bumpers either end.

Axle ends on one side are a little tarnished and would benefit from a very careful clean. Touch of grubbiness on the original smooth white tyres.
The colourful and intact picture box has a very crisp feel. Shows minimal handling. Only the most minor wear. Pen number on one face and the initial ‘G’ for grey written at an end flap.
