Notes
A classic Dinky model issued just during 1955 with a shining two-tone lime green and cream paint finish, cream hubs, bright baseplate. Hillman Minx cast on the underside of the roof.
Obviously unplayed-with and carefully handled, this fine model has just one mark on the raised bonnet detail and a small area of underspray at a window post and at the roof edge (side). Couple of tiny marks besides – but none of the usual rubbing to the roof or marking to bumpers.
The bright pictorial box is a delight – with wonderfully vibrant colours on crisp, clean card. Correct colour spot at the end flaps. Small crumple and a very small surface tear (i.e. not full thickness). This example was originally sold in the U.S. (New York shop price label at an end flap).
