Notes
Issued between 1954-60, this model has a bright mid-blue finish with fawn hubs, closed in rear wheel spats, silver trim. This model presents well with its classic lines:
Light rubbing to the raised body lines, but not a trace of a rub on the roof. Nice lustre too. Easily overlooked, there is a small area of rough casting at one front wheel arch. Tyres are all fine and run smoothly. Bright baseplate.
The box is very crisp, clean and complete. Vivid colours. Barely any wear at all although it does bear the colour spot for the other colour variation (pale brown). For display purposes, both models are pictured on the box. Some pencilled shopkeeper’s pricing at an end flap.
