This van was issued between 1958-62 first with flat spun wheels then later with shaped spun wheels, as in this case (harder version to find). Couple of the merest dots to the fresh lemon finish which barely detract. Grey shutter operates well. ‘Lucozade’ label is complete on one side, although three score marks are visible as well as very slight fading to the colour on the red band around the ‘Lucozade’ lettering. The other side has a corner nick and another couple of light score marks. Lettering and colour are fine.
A difficult model to source – especially with shaped spun hubs.

The picture box is complete and clean with a crisp feel. No tears. Shopkeeper’s lightly pencilled price at an end flap. Slight sunfading at an end flap. Very minor shelf wear besides.
