Notes
This scarce model is cast in aluminium and has the wording “EXPRESS HORSE VAN” “HIRE SERVICE” on both sides and “EXPRESS” above the cab windows. Just the occasional little mark may be seen at some raised details. The maroon paint finish has a fine lustrous finish, showing that this model has been carefully stored and rarely handled. Lettering is in fine condition throughout.
None of the usual rubbing or chipping at the raised roof detail.
The correctly labelled “HORSE VAN” box has the address of the “Hudson Dobson” importer at one side. The box looks very fresh, bright and clean with no splits. Rusty staples now. No graffiti or punctures.
Giving the appearnce of unsold shop stock, this is an exceptionally fine piece – and an excellent investment item.
