An impressive example of one of the iconic Dinky commercial advertising trucks. An essential item in your Dinky commercial collection, this Guy van was made during Dinky’s heyday and is part of the sought-after range of advertising vans made during mid-late 1950’s.
In virtually mint, all original condition throughout, this ‘Ever Ready’ model has a shining rich blue paint finish and perfect detailed transfers at the sides and above the cab.

Barely any marks at all on this carefully stored Dinky model- none of the usual marks you would expect head-on or at wheel arches. A couple of tell-tale flat spots on one tyre shows that this van has been in one position for a long time, so rarely handled. Lovely original lustre. Couple of small marks on the roof – one of which is either a very small circular paint miss or more likely a stray dot of factory silver. Few barely visible dots besides. This is really a very nice example indeed! Shiny baseplate. None of the usual chipping at rear opening doors.
The box is complete, and clean, if a little ‘scrubbed’ in appearance now. No splits or graffiti.
