A sought-after classic Dinky racing car and this transition issue from 1954 is always a more difficult find. Fresh shining light blue finish, silver trim and bright baseplate. Complete racing numbers on both sides (little smudge/mark to both), and not a mark to the driver’s head.
Tiny mark to the rear point – and that’s about it!
The dual-numbered box is complete and strongly-coloured, if rather grubby now, with a crease or two and a little tear at a small end flap seam. Shopkeeper’s pencilled price at an end flap.
