Notes
Issued for a short period between 1953-54 under this numbering, this example has a vivid deep yellow paint finish. The circular detailed “Blue Circle Portland Cement” transfers are intact on both cab doors, close to perfect lettering at the sides and at the rear.

A little light wear to the paint mostly at the exposed edges of the truck sides. Occasional small mark besides. There is a stroke of retouching at the headboard.
Cab roof is fine – indeed the cab itself is close to mint.
The blue box with a picture label is complete and bright with a strongly-coloured paper label.

No graffiti. No splits. The box base is a slightly different shade of blue and has quite a lot of shelf rubbing which leads one to the conclusion that they did not start life together. However, both components are original and correctly-sized.
