Not an easy variation to find, this ‘Swiss Postal’ version of the Vega Major Coach has a vivid, all original, deep yellow and cream finish with complete and undamaged paper labels at both sides.
Faintest little mark on the roof which may be possible to polish away. Couple of insignificant rubs at bumpers.
The comparatively flimsy card box is nearly always found damaged and torn due to the weight of the model. However, this example is extremely fortunate – card is clean and bright, crisp and has a silky feel. No tears. End flaps are all present and intact too. Original price has been scrubbed out at an end flap with a little resultant loss at this site (small area, so minor). Small scuff besides. One of the best we have seen.
