Notes
An superb and original early Corgi mechanical car in grey finish with a flywheel motor working perfectly. These early Corgi cars are really the cream of the crop and are very sought-after – especially in this fine condition. Made between 1956-59 with just a negligible dot on the roof, this model is an especially great find. Finest lustre, and not a trace of a rub – anyhwere!

Surely one of the best surviving examples.
The early blue picture box is complete and bright. Crisp feel to the smooth card. Minro age wear including a couple of light creases on the box underside. The letter ‘G’ (for grey?) is neatly penned in old-fashioned script on both end flaps. Shopkeeper’s price on the box face in pencil.
Complete with the colour promotional booklet too.
