What a find! This card outer trade box is the second example from the very high quality Dinky collection we are handling.
This trade pack from Dinky contains the full complement of six Packard Convertible models as sent from the factory in 1955*. All contents are authentic – this is not a later made-up selection of models.

In the trade outer, are three tan examples and three green. Each model has a day-one lustre to the paint finish, although you will find occasional small marks/little chips.

Occasional little crumple to some of the boxes which are otherwise exceedingly fresh and crisp. Quite difficult to prise open – some have the feel as if they are being opened for the first time.

Each has the correct colour spot (printed not the slightly earlier applied spots). Of course, no individual prices pencilled.
The trade outer in buff card is clean, bright and complete. Remains of the old sellotape may be found at the end flaps. No graffiti. Small edge tear to one of the smaller end flaps of the trade outer. Occasional little crease besides. Dinky stamp on one side dates this pack from 1955.
