A little more unusual in this presentation with the ramp included – earlier issues did not include a ramp which was available separately.
This particular issue has a mid-blue cab and hubs, with a paler blue back including the decks. No window glazing on this issue. Superb “DINKY TOYS DELIVERY SERVICE” lettering on sides and back.
The sheen on this model shows that it has been handled only occasionally. A few small marks on the light blue back which barely detract, whilst the mid blue cab is mint. Usual marks around the hinged ramp which are practically unavoidable and the 20 mph transfer is incomplete.
The box is the slightly wider version since it does contain the ramp. In superb condition with none of the usual rubbing at edges. Negligible mark or two and a little rust staining on the inside of the box lid due to the staples. Most unusual to find the two dark blue wedge shaped card packing pieces inside.
Dinky 794 Loading Ramp is in virtually mint condition – quite often these ramps get scratched. Presented in the deep yellow card box which is really close to pristine, save for a tear to one small end flap.
A very pleasing example all round.
