This rare export issue was made between 1963-65 and sold in the U.S. Striking colour combination of pale grey, deep metallic blue and lemon with red plastic wheels and complete ‘AUTO TRANSPORTERS’ lettering on both sides. In very close to mint condition with a couple of minor marks only, mostly on the underside of the model. The cog on the underside of the model is rather rusty now and would benefit from a careful clean. Still operates well. Wonderful display piece with none of the expected marking head-on, or to the exposed edges of the metallic blue ramps, or the drop-down tailgate.
The colourful pictorial card box has vivid clean colours on crisp fresh-looking card.
Complete with a very nice card insert.
