Notes
An outstanding example of this most eye-catching of Dinky t.v related models! Unmistakeably fluorescent pink version which was produced a little later than the standard rose pink issue.
In all original, close to mint condition, this model has a clear sliding roof, and both figures of Parker (driving) and Lady Penelope ensconced amidst the luxurious gold seating.
None of the usual marks to the clear sliding roof which functions well. Very pleased to say that the bonnet emblem is intact as are the Fab 1 number plates front and rear (a little crease to the rear label). Six jewelled headlights. There are a few little marks at some exposed edges of this Thunderbird model. Front rocket fires as do the rear harpoons.
The colourfully illustrated card plinth is clean bright and complete with both pull-out tags intact.
A little minor wear and tear at wheel slots, caused by movement of the car. Caution notice (sticker) at the reverse of the plinth as well as the Instructions on how to fire the rocket and missiles.
The outer box is certainly one of the best we have seen: vivid colours on crisp, clean card.
Tiny crumple at one corner. Nearly always torn at the end flaps, this example is happily free of tears! No graffiti. Tiny puncture at a small end flap. As fine an example as you will find.
