This particular example is part of an old shopkeeper’s unsold stock and has just a few negligible marks picked up during storage. Issued between 1952-54 as 29H, this item marks the transition to the new numbering 282 (stamped on the box which has now been sold separately). So this item can be dated from 1954. And what a fine example!
This version has a vivid deep green and cream finish with cream ridged wheels. Rib on the underside of the roof runs front to back.
