A fine classic Dinky car – a transition model since it has both 40e and 153 printed on the box. No ‘Vanguard’ cast into the underside of the roof. Small baseplate print. In delightful, all original condition – gleaming pale brown finish, and matching hubs:
A dot or two on the roof, a small casting mark at one side, and a couple of tiny rubs besides (minor).
The dual-numbered box is very fresh and bright, with the correct colour spot at the end flaps. A tear at one small end flap.
