Notes
This desirable Dinky racing car was issued between 1955-60. This scarce version has a gloss off-white finish with a mid-blue interior, matching mid-blue ridged wheels, metal racing driver. The blue stripes are virtually mint (couple of dots) and the racing numbers are complete and looking very sharp on bonnet and doors.
The original off-white paint finish has no chipping; there are a couple of small rubs to the driver’s head. A couple of rubs on the black radiator. Fine example!
The picture box looks very fresh with vivid colours on crisp intact card. Couple of grubby marks on a non-picture surface. Tiny ruffling wear to the end flap edges on one side.
Not an easy version to find – and in this condition even more difficult!
