Notes
In lustrous, vibrant condition condition – this desirable Land-Rover model was made between 1955-61.
Gloss red finish (no sunfading) is close to perfect. Small ‘Mersey Tunnel’ lettering is crisp on both sides as are the ‘Police’ labels with a black background on the cab roof.
Bright base:
Easily missed, is the scuff at one front edge and you will find a negligible dot or two besides if you look for them!
Still a great display piece – and the best example we have seen in a long while.
The box is most attractive with day-one bright colours on crisp card. Tiny age wear only. No graffiti. As nice as you will find.
