Notes

Released just at the time when Gift Set 12 was being updated in 1970/71. So, this is the older style box which has an over-sticker detailing the changes to the two racing cars (i.e. now having front and rear aerofoils and driver controlled steering). Later the box would change, losing the temporary sticker and different cars were depicted.
All models and accessories are in unused condition as follows:
Corgi 158 – Lotus Climax Racing Car
Corgi 159 – Cooper-Maserati
Corgi 330 – Porsche Carrera 6
Corgi 490 – VW Breakdown Truck and trailer, complete, one very small factory paint miss.
Set of three mechanics still on a sprue. 16 Traffic cones in a sealed bag.
2 Hay bales.
Leaflet for the Racing cars in mint condition.
Inner polystyrene tray is complete, clean – mint condition.
Large cellophane fronted box is in excellent condition. Complete with original intact cellophane, all end flaps. A small puncture on the underside of the box, but it has pressed back into place with no parts missing. A price has been penned on the box. Minor creasing only.
A lovely Gift Set, especially unusual in this box presentation – and so nice to have all of the items in this original and fresh condition.
