Notes
This model with the early numbering has a pleasing light blue original paint finish with deeper blue ridged wheels. Bright baseplate, smooth running original tyres. Small mark at the base of one door (practically at the baseplate rim) and two barely visible dots where the paint finish has become a pinkish hue. 40J on a bright base which has minor rubbing at one edge due to cleaning. Lovely item which presents so nicely on display!
The scarce early 40J box is bright and complete. Slight grubbiness and a little pen marking. Very small edge tear. ‘50195’ printed on both box faces.
