From an extensive Dinky collection we are handling which includes rare models, this Citroen is a sought-after Dutch export issue ‘Wegenwacht’ i.e. Dutch equivalent of the A.A. (roadside rescue).
In fine and gleaming all-original condition with a vivid deep yellow finish, perfect ‘Wegenwacht’ transfers on both sides, silver dished wheels, and a shiny black baseplate with 25D stamped.
A small light graze on the bonnet and a few marks on the rim of the opening rear door (only visible when the door is opened and caused by metal meeting metal). None of the expected wear at wheel arches, roof or head-on; this is a very fine example of an extremely rare and sought-after promotional Dinky model.
The correct yellow pictorial box is bright, clean and complete with no graffiti. Minor wear to one end flap and light handling wear besides.
