What a gem! This Bedford Tipper Truck has a very attractive mid-blue and yellow finish with nicely detailed original black and silver radiator and headlight assembly. One of the best examples of this desirable Dinky model we have seen! Such a fine lustre to the all-original paint finish. Bright metal parts too and a working tipper function. Just about as fine as you will find!
Issued between 1954-61 (and re-numbered from 25m). Tempted to call this model mint, although if one scrutinises it extra critically, a few negligible dots may be found.
The yellow picture box is complete, bright and clean with excellent strong colours. Correct colour spot at the end flaps, too. Only the most minor age wear to this close to pristine box. Complete with both the card packing ring (which prevents the near-inevitable damage that the winding handle can cause to the box), as well as the Dinky Quality Control Inspection Tag.
