Notes
This superb Corgi car with suspension was made between 1961-62 only and is a difficult model to find, particularly in this condition. It has a deep shining red paint finish (darker than the non-suspension version), shaped spun wheels with suspension, perfect detailed transfers on both sides, straight aerial and shiny metal “FIRE” sign on the roof with bell and siren each side.
A very faint barely visible scratch on the bonnet and a dot or two if you peer closely enough!
The picture box is bright, clean and complete. Minor rubbing/ruffling at some edges and a shopkeeper’s pencilled price at an end flap.
A sought-after Corgi model.
