Issued during 1954, this classic Dinky model marks the transition from the older numbering of 563 to the new numbering 963. Original vivid red paint finish throughout with notably intact and smooth running green tracks – this Dinky heavyweight displays well! Comes complete with the familiar Dinky driver figure, busy at work ‘operating’ the levers.
Occasional little mark to the paint finish and some minor tarnishing to the metal parts.
The dual-numbered box is clean and bright with minimal rubbing at corners and a small puncture to the lid, caused by the driver’s head.
A great example of a classic Dinky model; well constructed with simple lines and attention to detail.
