Notes
This Dinky advertising van is in fine, all-original condition, with the ‘SHELL’ and ‘BP’ transfers unblemished on both sides, and at the rear. This model has such a fine lustrous paint finish, although the baseplate is rather crazed and dulled in places now. Light casting roughness in a couple of places and there is the near-obligatory rub at the roof detail. Presents well!
The pictorial card box is bright, crisp and complete.
Minor grubbiness, and a couple of creases. Faint numbering at an end flap and a shopkeeper’s price on one face.
