This scarce later version (1962-63) has a bright mid-red and black finish, yellow interior and shaped spun wheels with suspension, side paper labels.
With just one little mark on the roof, this coach has been carefully handled. Complete ‘Midland Red’ transfers on both sides as well as ‘London Motorway Express’ label on the destination board above the cab. All labels are vivid and complete.
The later style end flap box is complete, bright and intact. Minor handling wear only, including a very small edge crumple and a shopkeeper’s pencilled price on one face. Nice example!
